Chapel Hill Philharmonia Features George Taylor, Violist

On Sunday, March 10 at 3:00pm the Chapel Hill Philharmonia presents renowned violist George Taylor in concert at Moeser Auditorium on the UNC-CH campus. Professor Taylor of the Eastman School of Music (and former Ciompi Quartet member) performs Bartok’s challenging and spirited viola concerto. The “Finale” concert also includes Mozart’s last Symphony #41 in C. Conductor Donald Oehler and the CHP lead off the program with Reznicek’s exciting “Donna Diana Overture”.

This concert is supported by the Orange County Arts Commission. Admission is free. A reception follows.
